Amer & ani architects, a leading Architecture, Structural and Interior Design firm based in Chennai India, was established by Amernath and Anithadeel in 2009. The firm have undertaken a wide spectrum of work, ranging from High end Villas to Multistoried residential apartments and commercial to Hospitality spaces. Amerani’s strategy is one of subtraction and control to preserve the necessary simplicity of spaces. Each project is undertaken with a rigorous eye for detail, irrespective of its scale and size, with an artistic sensitivity to the “intangibles” of light, space and form. Charting a journey for the user in an unique space; creating sophisticated spaces that inspire, invigorate, and refine the senses – that is what Amerani architects sets out to achieve.

Founder & Principal
Amernath graduated from SRM College of Architecture in 2006. His formative years were spent working for some of the prominent architectural voices in Bangalore and a renowned builder in Chennai. Amernath has gained extensive experience in Multistoried residential apartments and commercial buildings to township projects as well as interiors of luxury homes and offices in and around Chennai. He is associated with some of the city’s most prominent builders and industrialists in the field of architecture and design.

Anithadeel studied structural engineering in IRTT college of Engineering, Erode.
She is in-house structural consultant team, which offer services including analysis and design of buildings, Foundation design based on soil reports and seismic design, our structural engineers consistently delivering practical, innovative and practical design solution for buildings varies from Multistoried to Individual houses. Our in-house engineering services strategically complement our architectural services, facilitating the design process and providing our clients with strong, functional, highly efficient facilities and cost-saving systems.
Anithadeel is passionate about academic education and over the years she has inspired a lot of students with her views and ideas.
